Minutes of Meeting 12/4/07 At Post #25 at 06:00
Pledge of Allegiance.
Prayer:
Smitty resigned as director. Assistant is now Director. Officer's meeting at 5 p.m. on 2/4 08 asked him to stay. Appointed. Cheryl motioned to elect, Ken seconded Ed as Director.
Membership update applications to be filled out and returned to Cheryl. Dave, SAL membership numbers, have to be on this form.
Az Template By-Laws - Member of ALR. Membership dues - Jan-Dec 2008
If dues are not paid by 3/31/08 member looses original benefits. To be current member member must show proof of current MC driver license, registration and Insurance.
ALR Auxiliary-support membership group is still a question.
Jim McKinney will be #001 with new membership card numbering. Accepted
L designation for lifetime members.
LC designation for Lifetime Charter members.
Membership # to go alphabetically for active charter membrs. Accepted
Motion made to have a run in March to raise fund for the AL Baseball Tourney in August. Accepted
Legacy RunAugust 17 to 21: to organize to meet up with group and
to support with drinks or a lunch on their way to Phoenix.
Convention starts on August 22nd and Pony Express to deliver Legacy money.

Thanks to ALR for Christmas donation to SAL.
Bill wanted to thank ALR for support for the Vets coming home and for the B. Wards funeral Service.
Jim McKinney was nominated as Ass't Director. Vote Unanimous.
Veterans Day run is now an anual event. Accepted
Lettie, We need a run in the next 3 months to raise funds for the Legacy Run. Accepted.
The meeting will be as usual alternating from from Post 25 and 93. Odd months at Post 25 and even months at Post 93.
Motion made to close the meeting. Accepted .
